Beach House on Channel, Private dock, short Walk to the Beach

Good rental for large family or large groups. The 8-bed set up with 2-beds in each bedroom and combined with an in-suite bathroom for each bedroom was really nice. We had 8 grown adults that all required an individual bed.Location was great, we did do some fishing off the back deck that overlooks the canal. Lots of parking and covered areas on the ground floor. You can tell the place is a popular rental unit as it is a bit aged, but still nice. Just as a heads up, if you are expecting a "brand new" appearance for the rental then this unit is not for you.Kitchen is well equipped but needs a dustpan, a few more kitchen towels/wash clothes, and a can opener. We brought some of our own pots and pans and cooking utensils to make meal prep easier for us. We did use several items from provided in the rental.Plenty of towels were provided, bathroom showers had dispensable soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was also nice.Communication with the host was very easy and much appreciated. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.I highly recommend this rental unit and this particular host - Pamela.Have Fun,Richard

It was perfect for the few days we got to stay. Short walk to the beach and a very clean and quiet area. Wished we could have stayed the whole week.
